Reduced energy rates through the Arizona Low Income Ratepayer Assistance (LIRA) Program. This program can help you save money by providing a discounted monthly basic service charge and a 30% reduction on the "per therm" rate. This discount is for your primary residence only, and the Southwest Gas bill must be in your name, or an individual master-meter tenant of a mobile home park, housing project, or apartment complex where your landlord bills you directly for your gas usage
